GREEK ORRIGINALS was founded in 1986 by Margaret G. Orr, a graduate of Virginia Union University and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Margaret began by creating unique, original pillows for her sorority members. Realizing the demand for products not found in the college bookstore, Margaret expanded her hobby into a very profitable business with unique products in high demand in the Greek world. Quickly, GREEK ORRIGINALS expanded to include personalized, hand-painted and wood items such as: banners, plaques, paddles, light switch plates, magnets, coasters, decorative key racks, special custom cuts and door hangers, just to name a few.

GREEK ORRIGINALS has never compromised what makes it a unique company in the Greek world. Each product is still designed, hand-painted and finished by Margaret personally (however, she collaborates with her husband, Solomon, a talented artist in his own right, on all the special cuts), making each piece truly "One-of-a-Kind" .

Because GREEK ORRIGINALS is always adding and changing inventory, all ideas and/or suggestions for new products and special orders are welcome.

Orders from all fraternities, sororities and other organizations are accepted.
